Walking alone at night with thee...

Poems don't come out when you are sitting down with pen and paper...
they flow like life and times taken into and becoming the air...
blue is a color for this occation, but it reminds me of you...
and even though you told me that if you think of me ill be there...
the lights in the street take of and give me direction and purpose...

I've walked these streets alone before...
but its never feel like this...
I'm supposed to feel happy with a memory and a thought
but I'm only human...
I need you now...

Half way home, I called your phone...
you didn't answer...
you didn't answer...
just like you said you would...
now this is over...
before it started it is over...

Take this night and send me what is left of it...
if you are not a part of if, then ask me why did I try...?
If the failure is not a broken heart...
then for once the spell is broken...

Breaking down the fears and...
trying to find a colliding point in different points of view...
we got lost in a trouble caused by caution...
we needed the cover of blind faith...
but you know me better and what I ask is more than that...

es ese tipo de dia...
en que solo piensas en libertad y aire...
en tu cabeza en su hombro...
en las causas de la explocion...
pero igual quedo en sonrisas...

yo he estado, esperando ocilacion...
yo manejo, tu solo sientate y disfruta el viento...
ya hay calor...
entre voz...

como se llamo aquel dia...
que pintaste color corazon y arteria...
me viste tokando y no abriste...
me dijiste la clave...

ya dejando de jugar con mascaras y pelucas...
olvidando que el cerrojo ya no esta...
vanilla y mantequilla y cabernet sauvignon...
y latidos de corazon...
de metal, saliva y carne...

ahora me toka a mi despertar...
ya es hora de dejar de manejar...
es hora de estacionarnos y apagar la luz...
veremos estrellas rebotar...
apenas comenzo y se apagara...
